By using the scaterna platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the platform in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate platform outcomes or gain unfair advantages.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on the scaterna platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). You are responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations applicable to your gaming activity under Philippine law.
Deposits must be made using your own verified payment method. scaterna does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits are subject to verification. scaterna reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that are suspected to involve fraudulent activity.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable payment processing timelines. scaterna is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Any disputes regarding transactions must be raised with support within a reasonable timeframe, and supporting documentation may be required.
scaterna does not guarantee a specific processing time for deposits or withdrawals, as these may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
The scaterna platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
